I'll ponder & ask around, what else we might want in here. I really like the magazine-all the food/restaurant rumors! I love it!

I've got to go check out some of the newer joints , I hadn't really had time. Really,though-stay on top of the restaurant new, by all means. Thanks for everything! Stuff is opening up all over! I can't get over it, I just hope they STAY OPEN! I bought into this neighborhood 15 years ago, and It has come a long way-but still room for good growth!

ps-I'm not familiar with your background, but if you've been a (paper) print journalist till now-doesn't the demise of the "written word" kind of irk ya? I love having a newpaper or magazine in my hands-relaxing wih a cup of cafe con leche, or a nice red wine.
I hope the printed word doesn't disappear!

Thanks for the kudos on the mag ... it's a labor of love :)

Gotcha on the restaurant news -- it's our most read "topic" next to 'news & rumors.' If you hear of any news that we don't, please don't hesitate to share!

I do love me some Seminole Heights and hope that the obstacles (certain people, groups and, of course, the city) will get out of the way and stop stymieing its growth. The same can be said for a lot of our nearby neighborhoods, too! It's going to happen no matter what - but we probably could have been way ahead by now if not for the road bumps.

I'd blame the economy, too; however it seems to be helping the area's business district(s).

I am of the belief the printed word will never disappear. Newspapers will without a doubt - but niche magazines are here to stay - I think ... but let's see what the iPad does to it. That will be the tell!

Thanks for the message!

Take care,
